PRE-ORDERING

  1. We have taken care to ensure that our Products are presented as accurately as possible. Colour clarity may, however, vary depending on your browser software, monitor or computer system, and we therefore cannot guarantee that the colour shown is absolutely accurate.

  2. Most of the clothes in the Website have not undergo the Washing Care test. It's advisable for you to treat it separately when you do the first laundry especially those dark color clothing.
PLACING AN ORDER

  1. Please be informed that any order submitted cannot be canceled. If you are not sure on purchasing any Products, you are advised to hold your order. However should you have any doubt, any enquiry through email is welcome.

  2. Please place an order with us by ordering via the provided Order Form or email us with the details. As part of this process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors.

  3. Once you have placed your order, we will email you an Invoice together with the order acknowledgement detailing the Products you have ordered. You must check that the details on this order acknowledgement email are correct and let us know immediately of any discrepancies.

  4. We take your order as a reservation until the payment is made.

  5. Reservation is allowed for twenty-four (24) hours ONLY. Any reservation made without payment after the said period will be automatically canceled.



PRICE

  1. Prices listed are net and non-negotiable.

  2. Prices shown do not include shipping charges.

  3. Prices and availability of Products are subject to change without prior notice.

  4. Whilst we do our best to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices shown on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you immediately and offer an option of reconfirming your order with the correct pricing or cancelling the order altogether. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled, at which point you will receive an email confirming that the order has been canceled and will not be dispatched.
SALES & PURCHASE

  1. We will not entertain any request to return or exchange Products.

  2. We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipping. The tracking numbers for delivery via PosLaju will be provided for your reference.
